He is driven by a simple belief: every worker deserves to go home safe and healthy at the end of the day, and technology should help make that possible.
Rob Houck serves as Vice President of Product & Engineering at PureEHS, where he leads the strategy, development, and delivery of the company’s workforce health and safety solutions. With more than 25 years of technology leadership experience, Rob has guided the architecture, development, and implementation of enterprise software serving millions of users across a wide range of industries. He is passionate about building innovative, scalable solutions that simplify complex workflows, connect critical information, and help organizations create safer, healthier workplaces.
Teri Hale serves as Vice President of Customer Operations & Content at PureEHS, where she oversees customer success, operational excellence, and content strategy. With a background spanning EHS software, workforce training, and business leadership, Teri is passionate about helping organizations simplify complexity, improve engagement, and achieve better outcomes through connected health and safety solutions.
Shellie Vornhagen serves as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at PureEHS, where she leads the company’s go-to-market strategy, customer engagement, and growth initiatives. With decades of experience in B2B SaaS and customer-focused leadership roles, she has helped organizations grow by aligning strategy, technology, and customer success.
